MBTI Interpretation
Greater Awareness for Greater Understanding
The authorized Myers-Briggs Type Indicator assessment examines four dimensions of your personality -- where you get your energy, how you communicate, how you make decisions, and what stresses you out.

Teams and individuals can then use this information to get greater insight and understanding about what makes you unique, how you best connect with others (or why you struggle to connect with certain types of people), or what may be holding you back without your awareness.

For Teams

Your team doesn’t have to think alike to work well together. In fact, understanding and appreciating those differences can make a team stronger.

Using the MBTI, teams gain insight into how people naturally communicate, make decisions, solve problems, and approach their work. My interactive workshop brings those individual results to life, helping people recognize not only their own preferences, but the very different ways their colleagues may see the same situation.
The result is more than a collection of personality types and people in boxes. Teams develop a shared language for communicating, connecting, collaborating, and navigating conflict. Instead of wondering, “Why are they like this?” people begin to understand, “Oh! They’re wired to approach it this way.”

And perhaps the most powerful part? People often leave the workshop feeling seen, sometimes in ways they didn't expect. They gain a better understanding of themselves, a new appreciation for their colleagues, and practical tools for working with differences rather than fighting against them.

Better understanding. Better conversations. Better teamwork.
For Individuals
Ever wonder why some things at work seem effortless for you—and other things leave you completely drained? Or why two people can look at the same situation and walk away with completely different conclusions? The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®) can help you make sense of those differences, starting with your own.

How it Works
1. Take the assessment
You’ll complete the MBTI assessment online, answering questions about your natural preferences for taking in information, making decisions, and approaching the world.
2. Review your results
I’ll provide your MBTI results and walk you through what your type means, including your natural strengths, potential blind spots, communication preferences, and the ways you may approach work and relationships.
3. Talk it through
This is where the assessment really comes to life. In a one-on-one debrief, we’ll explore what resonates, what doesn't, and what your results can teach you about the way you operate.
4. Put it to work
We’ll connect your insights to whatever matters most to you: leadership, communication, career decisions, relationships, conflict, or simply understanding yourself better.

The goal isn't to put you in a box or tell you who you are. It's to give you a useful framework for understanding your preferences—and more choice in how you respond when your natural approach isn't the only approach available.

You may come away thinking, “That explains a lot.” And hopefully, “Now I know what to do with it.”
